its all presentation until theres substance. most viral food is one texture doing all the work, boring underneath
if it doesnt taste good i dont care how it looks. instagram breakfast looks beautiful but tastes like cardboard
the second you bite it the photo becomes irrelevant. if its not still good when youre eating it whats the point
the texture is what matters and viral food destroys texture trying to look good. its a real trade-off
texture actually matters way more than people admit. i want food that tastes incredible not just looks pretty on the gram
