Should autonomous vehicles be programmed to follow speed limits absolutely?

should absolutely follow limits. the whole point is predictability. human drivers already treat speed limits like suggestions, we dont need robots doing it too

predictability matters way more than people think. if cars all follow the same rules the whole system scales better
