Should you trust a supplement claim if it doesn't have FDA approval?

not trusting FDA doesnt mean i trust supplement companies more, they're just less regulated. that's the actual problem

what's the sample size on those claims tho, like actually. supplements are wild because nobody funding the research with money on the line

fda approval doesnt guarantee anything either, its just a different type of gatekeeping. read the studies not the label

most supplement marketing is just hope. look at the actual studies not the bottle
